These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GetMini Games platform at getmini.games (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

Games available on the Platform are developed by independent third-party developers. GetMini Games does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, functionality, or data practices of third-party games. Your use of any game is at your own risk and may be subject to that game's own terms.
We are not liable for any data loss, damage, or issues arising from your use of third-party games, including but not limited to lost save data, in-game purchases, or game unavailability.
5. Intellectual Property
The Platform design, branding, and original content are owned by GetMini Games. Individual games and their content are owned by their respective developers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any game or Platform content without permission.
6. Game Developer Terms
If you submit games to the Platform as a developer, you represent that:
- You own or have the necessary rights and licenses for all game content
- Your game does not contain malware, unauthorized tracking, or deceptive practices
- Your game complies with all applicable laws, including privacy and data protection laws
- You grant GetMini Games a non-exclusive license to host, display, and promote your game on the Platform
We reserve the right to remove any game at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetMini Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or Platform notice.
